The Health and Human Performance Department will offer a variety of two-credit courses over January Term and spring semester in 2012 – from Medical Terminology, which will be offered over both J-Term and spring semester, to Sports Nutrition, offered in J-Term only.
A sampling of J-Term courses are: Downhill Skiing and Snowboarding, Yogalates, Tennis, Introduction to Racquet Sports, Swimming for Fitness, and Self-Defense.
The spring course offerings run for seven weeks. They include: Golf Fundamentals, Martial Arts, Yoga for Stress Management, Beginning Kickboxing, Advanced Kickboxing, Swimming for Fitness, Mat Pilates, and Water Safety-Lifeguard Training.
