Academic or administrative departments can submit information on campuswide events they have planned for first-year undergraduate students, all undergraduate students, or parents/families of undergraduate students.
Email orientation@stthomas.edu by Wednesday, April 13, with the following information:

- Sponsoring department:
- Contact name/phone number:
- Website (if available):
- Audience (circle one):
- First-year students
- All undergraduates,
- Parents/family members
