Summer Mentorship Program Gives Alex Rome Valuable Classroom Experience

More than 100 students and teacher-mentors from the Northwest Suburban Integration School District (NWSISD) and Minneapolis Public Schools South High and Roosevelt High Schools convened on the University of St. Thomas Minneapolis campus for the Step-Up Boys Mentorship Program Summer Summit, June 15-19 .

Minds Matter Twin Cities

The University of St. Thomas partnered for the second year with Minds Matter Twin Cities (MMTC) to host its annual mentorship program. The mentorship program pairs high school students with professionals to broaden their dreams, guide them through the college admission and selection process and show them what is possible.

CELC Hosts Twin Cities Academy High School Graduation

The Brady Education Center auditorium overflowed with family and friends of Twin Cities Academy High School (TCAHS) seniors as 44 students received diplomas during the school's graduation ceremony. This was the third year the University of St. Thomas hosted the ceremony and the first time one of its graduates will be attending the university in the fall.
University of St. Thomas collaborated with Minnesota Life College (MLC) to create the College Pre-Orientation Program (POP), a week-long overnight event to help students with ASD and other special needs to be prepared to participate in college orientation programs and succeed in college.
