The catering department would like everyone’s help in ensuring that catering orders are received in a timely and efficient manner. As it nears the end of the academic year and everyone becomes very busy, it is even more essential for our department that catering event orders are received a minimum of five days prior to the event and guaranteed numbers are set 72 hours prior to the event.

At the beginning of the academic year, an online system was created for ordering. Since I do not work a standard week, it would be very helpful if all food orders could be sent over the Web and not left on my e-mail or voicemail.
