Dr. Bruce Roselle, organizational psychologist at Roselle Leadership Strategies Inc., will provide insight on "Fearless Leadership: Key to Business Success" at the next Master's Connection networking breakfast.

The breakfast will be held from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, in Room 252, Terrence Murphy Hall, Minneapolis campus. All current graduate business students and alumni are welcome. Registration is $10 at the door.

Leading fearlessly means approaching your work with an optimistic attitude and embracing each new challenge with confidence and courage. No matter what your title is, you are a leader in some aspect of your life. Whether you lead thousands, 10s, or just yourself, it is important to do so at your maximum level of effectiveness. Roselle's address will help you determine how irrational fears, faulty beliefs and lies that you believe often get in the way of your optimal effectiveness. This material is based on Roselle 's book, Fearless Leadership (Leader Press: June 2006).

About the speaker: Roselle has served organizations in leadership and team development, executive coaching and psychological assessment for more than 20 years. He has written and co-written articles that appeared in Counseling and Human Development, the Executive Excellence magazine, and the Career Development Quarterly. In addition, he has been quoted in newspapers and magazines and on radio and television shows about his views regarding the creation of work that is fun, leading wholeheartedly, handling fears effectively, and dealing with stress at work.

Master's Connection is an ongoing program of the College of Business Graduate Business Career Services office. This monthly event includes a light breakfast, guest speaker, an opportunity to present a 30-second "personal commercial" and additional networking time.
