Feminists in Faith interfaith dialogue is Thursday
The next Feminists in Faith interfaith dialogue will feature a presentation by Hend Al-Mansour, a Muslim feminist artist who will speak on her art and her latest work in progress. (Read more about Al-Mansour and see some of her art on her Web site).
Her talk, "Fatimah in America," will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, in the Luann Dummer Center for Women, Room 103, O'Shaughnessy Educational Center.
The Feminists in Faith monthly discussions explore ways of promoting justice and equality for women through dialogue with women of faith in various religious traditions.
The event is free and everyone is welcome. Bring your lunch; coffee and dessert will be provided.
