University of St. Thomas School of Law Professor Susan Stabile will host a Fall Retreat in Daily Living: Reflections on the Apostles’ Creed. The lunch-time program, which will be held on five consecutive Wednesdays starting Sept. 14, is open to St. Thomas students, faculty, staff and alumni.
This year’s retreat is designed to deepen participants' understanding of the basic elements of the Christian faith through the vehicle of the Apostles’ Creed, a creedal formulation widely accepted by many Christian denominations. The series will encourage participants to reflect on their understanding and embrace of the statements of the Creed, as well as well as on those elements that may give them difficulty.
The sessions will include lunch and will run from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Room 446, School of Law, on the Minneapolis campus.
As lunch will be served, an emailed R.S.V.P. is requested to Bethany Fletcher. For more information see the retreat’s website.
