Labor Day is this Monday, Sept. 1. In observation of the holiday, university offices and select dining services will be closed and will reopen Tuesday.

The University of St. Thomas joins in mourning the victims of Wednesday's mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School, as well as other recent shootings in Minneapolis. We offer our prayers for all who are impacted by these tragic events.

Welcome the Class of 2029! The fall semester is underway with a whirlwind of excitement across the St. Thomas campus. Welcome Days began yesterday and the first day of classes will begin after Labor Day on Wednesday, Sept. 3. We hope you reconnect with friends and colleagues and make new, meaningful connections.

- Headphone Disco: upper quad, Thursday, Aug. 28, at 9:30 p.m.
- SDIS and DAB Ice Cream Social: ASC second floor, Friday, Aug. 29, at 2 p.m.

Sept 2: Cheer on New Class at March Through the Arches

Come grab a donut and join Campus Ministry in cheering on the first-year students as they March through the Arches! Find us near the John Ireland statue on the lower quad from 10:45 a.m.-11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 2. March Through the Arches starts at 11 a.m.
