Please remember in your prayers James Duffey, a friend of the University of St. Thomas, who died Sunday, Jan. 27.
James and his wife, Maureen, have been very generous to the St. Thomas Art History Department and have given much of their art collection to the university.
In addition to his wife, James is survived by a son, Kevin Duffey, and a daughter, Shannon Nicoloff, who is a doctoral student in professional psychology at St. Thomas, and many other family members and friends.
A gathering of friends and family will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 31, at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury, and one hour prior to the funeral Mass at the church. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 1801 LaCrosse Ave., St. Paul.
