Seniors: Deadline for May commencement is almost here
From the Registrar’s Office
Seniors, are you ready to graduate in May? Is your name on the commencement participation list? Is it supposed to be? If you have not already done so – now is the time to review your degree evaluation, using Murphy Online, to ensure that you have met all of your degree requirements. The deadline is May 1, 2009, to get your name in the commencement program.
If your evaluation indicates that all requirements have been met, you would have been notified via e-mail that you are eligible to graduate.
If your evaluation indicates that you still have outstanding requirements and you believe there is an error, contact your faculty adviser or Academic Counseling, Room 119, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center, (651) 962-6300, for assistance.
Note: If you are a business major, see one of the business advisers located in Room 128, McNeely Hall.
New feature: The May 2009 undergraduate commencement participation list has been added to the commencement Web site. Undergraduate students may click on the link in the lower right side of the main commencement page. Check to see if your name has been cleared to participate in the May graduation ceremony. If your name does not appear on the list, review your degree evaluation and contact your adviser for additional assistance.
