The St. Catherine University-University of St. Thomas School of Social Work, in collaboration with Shriner’s Hospital, presents “Room at the Table” on Friday, Oct. 8. The UST community is invited to join faculty, students and community members for dinner and meaningful dialogue about “Social Justice and Accessibility.”
Hosted by faculty, the event will be held at Shriner’s Hospital, 2025 E. River Parkway, Minneapolis. Tour the hospital at 4 p.m., and enjoy dinner and join in the discussion from 5 to 8 p.m.
Prior knowledge, research or expertise is not required. The purpose of this event is to share experience, information, questions and ideas in a way that stimulates thinking, conversation and social action.
