Strategies for Organizational Growth Program info session is Aug. 3
The Center for Business Excellence will host a free information session for its Strategies for Organizational Growth Program, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, in Room 150, Terrence Murphy Hall, on the Minneapolis campus.
Offered in five two-day modules, Strategies for Organizational Growth examines the critical forces that impact the short-term and long-term success of an organization. It is particularly useful for leaders who want to direct and map their business’ future and also is valuable for businesses looking to re-ignite growth or expand into new areas. Experienced instructors facilitate the “growth and learning process,” challenging participants to create innovative business solutions for their organizations.
Here are the program objectives:
- Assist in formulating and evaluating innovative strategies necessary to facilitate growth in competitive and tough economic times
- Enhance creative thinking and the ability to anticipate a company’s potential problems and opportunities
- Help leaders move their businesses from initial success to a more advanced stage of development
