During the process, pledges must complete a number of requirements before initiation.  These requirements include fundraising, community service, a professional event, as well as familiarizing themselves with parliamentary procedures to make meetings and business run smoothly.  The pledge class recently volunteered at Jefferson Elementary School. It also hosted a panel discussion devoted to business ethics featuring UST’s Dr. Barbara Gorski as the mediator.
