UST to host Tim Burke summer tennis camps for adults and juniors
The UST tennis courts will be the site of the Tim Burke Tennis College June 1-Aug. 3.
Tim Burke, head tennis professional at the University of Minnesota Baseline Tennis Center and former St. Thomas and Gopher tennis standout, will lead the camp. He will be assisted by Rob Strusinski, U.S. Professional Tennis Association certified, and other local professionals, including Gophers players.
Junior camps will be held Monday through Friday, beginning June 18. The junior camps are for all levels from novice to tournament players and high school prep athletes.
Adult weekend camps will be held Friday evenings through Sunday mornings, beginning June 1 (one midweek camp is July 2-4).
