VIA to host extreme dodgeball Feb. 24 to benefit Habitat for Humanity
Volunteers In Action is hosting an extreme dodgeball event from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the third-floor gym, O’Shaughnessy Hall athletic building, to help raise money for its Habitat For Humanity site.
This tournament is held in conjunction with Campus Ministry’s Christian Unity Week as a tribute to service.
Teams will be comprised of from five to seven people with an entry fee of $5 per team member. All proceeds will go to Habitat For Humanity.
Applications are available at two locations in Murray-Herrick Campus Center: in the Center for Community Partnerships, Room 153, and in Campus Ministry, Room 105. Applications are due on Wednesday, Feb. 22.
