In preparation for expanded offerings in the new Anderson Student Center, the C-Store is testing the sales of a macrobiotic and vegan line of boxed meals. Meals are priced between $3.70 and $4.50.
Current offerings include:
- Malayasian noodles
- Seasame noodles
- Pad Thai
- Tokyo buckwheat soba
- Vegan dumplings
- Hunan dumplings
- Thai dumplings
- Udon noodles
- Veggie lo mein
- Shanghai dumplings
Sales of these items will help determine appropriate offerings for Summit Marketplace when the Anderson Student Center opens in 2012. Feedback is welcome to Josh Moldenhauer.
