Wellness Center Offers Heart Hunt Clue No. 2

Monday, Feb. 14, is Valentine’s Day, which means it’s time now for the Wellness Center’s annual Heart Hunt. As a fun activity promoting healthy relationships, a wooden heart is hidden somewhere on the St. Thomas campus. Find the heart and win a valuable prize.

heart2,jpgWinning is simple: Just find the hidden heart and return it to the Wellness Center to receive a $100 gift certificate for Chino Latinos, two movie tickets, and a $25 gift certificate for Johnson and Sons Florists.

Clues will be given out daily – published in Bulletin Today, and posted on the Wellness Center door (lower level, Koch Commons) and the Wellness Center website. Clue No. 2 (and a healthy relationship tip) is listed below.

Clue No. 2

In a healthy relationship, no one should ever look down on another and neither should you when you're looking for the heart.

Healthy Relationship Tip No. 2

Be flexible. Most of us try to keep people and situations just the way we like them to be. It's natural to feel apprehensive, even sad or angry, when people or things change and we're not ready for it. Healthy relationships mean change and growth are allowed!
