The sound of music will be heard throughout May at the University of St. Thomas. All of the events listed below will take place on the university's St. Paul campus, with the exception of the UST Bands Concert on May 6. All of the events are free, with the exception of the “Zappa Goes to College” symposium on May 22.

UST Bands Concert

The Symphonic Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Matthew George, and the Symphonic Band, under the direction of Dr. Douglas Orzolek, will perform their annual May concert at the O’Shaughnessy Auditorium. The concert presents the world premiere performance of “Concertino” by Ralph Hultgren and also features the music of Barber, Dello Joio, Gorb and Grainger.
