The University Advocates for Women and Equity will show the film “Power and Control” on Friday, Dec. 9.
Addressing a life-and-death issue during a time of urgent crisis, this film is a timely and comprehensive exploration of physical and emotional abuse in society, as refracted through the story of Kim Mosher, a Duluth, Minn., mother of three.
The event will begin at noon in the Luann Dummer Center for Women, Room 103, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center. All are welcome.
