St. Paul police leaders to discuss 'Balancing Public Safety and Civil Liberties' here Feb. 11

Two of St. Paul's highest-ranking police officers will discuss "Balancing Public Safety and Civil Liberties" in a talk from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, in the auditorium of O'Shaughnessy Educational Center on the St. Paul campus of the university of St. Thomas.

The speakers will be Matthew Bostrom and Colleen Luna. Bostrom is an assistant chief with the St. Paul Police Department and a candidate for Ramsey County sheriff. Luna is senior commander of the St. Paul Police Department's West District, an area that includes the St. Thomas campus, and is a candidate for chief of police.
