The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has released the 2012 edition of its annual "40 Under Forty" list of up-and-coming young Twin Cities business professionals notable for their professional accomplishments, demonstrated leadership and community contributions.

Gary Collins '11 M.B.A., M.D.
surgery and medical director of quality and safety, surgical services, Regions Hospital
A graduate of the Health Care UST MBA program and chief of surgery for Regions Hospital, Dr. Gary Collins is known both for his skill as a physician and for his management abilities. His development of an acute-care surgery service has sped up patient care at Regions and will save the hospital more than $300,000 this year.
Todd Senger '07 M.B.A.
managing director, M&I Bank
Employing an array of finance and management skills, Todd Senger has developed one of the largest and most profitable portfolios at M&I Bank, managing more than $1 billion in assets. Senger, an alumnus of the Evening UST MBA program, is also given credit for reaching out to younger bankers to steady a team plagued with turnover issues. For these efforts, Senger was recently promoted to managing director.
