New Year Resolution No. 1: Become a better leader with Leadership Academy program

Is your New Year's resolution to become a better leader? Take a step forward to achieving that goal by attending “Beyond Basic Survival: How Successful Leaders Engage Today's Institutional Realities.”

This Leadership Academy session will be taught by Dr. Mitchell Kusy on Thursday, Jan. 21. In this  full-day session participants will learn leadership how-tos from the latest cutting-edge research and practices from benchmarked organizations.   

Kusy, former professor in the School of Education, returns to UST to share his expertise in leadership development. He is an internationally known consultant and has worked internally in several organizations, including American Express Financial Advisors as head of leadership development. He is a full professor in the Ph.D. program in Leadership and Change at Antioch University, a 2005 Fulbright Scholar in International Organization Development, and the 1998 Minnesota Organization Development Practitioner of the Year.
