The Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex will offer a second summer session of its spinning fitness class during July and early August.
The class is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is open to all St. Thomas undergraduate students, graduate and professional students, faculty and staff who are AARC members.
The class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and will begin the week of July 9. The class will generally meet twice a week over four weeks for a total of eight class meetings. Classes will cost $30 for all St. Thomas students, and $40 for all St. Thomas faculty and staff who are AARC members. The class will be held in the AARC’s aerobic studio, Room 113.

Description of Spinning class: Spinning – Noon-12:45 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, Room 113. Love to work up a serious sweat and burn a lot of calories? Then spinning is for you. In this 45-minute class, participants simulate road cycling on stationary bikes while guided by an instructor and motivated by high-energy music.
