Aquinas Scholars Spring Symposium to be held April 4
The Aquinas Scholars' annual Spring Symposium will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, in O'Shaughnessy Educational Center auditorium.
This year's symposium is centered around fair trade and merits of organic foods. Speakers include Jim Riddle, former chairman of the National Organic Standards Board, and Andy Lambert, outreach coordinator for Peace Coffee, a company dedicated to fair trade and organic foods.
Refreshments will be provided, but bring questions and an appetite for information. Everyone's invited, and the symposium is free.
