Art history graduates will present at Senior Research Symposium Friday

The faculty and staff of the Art History Department invite the university community to celebrate the accomplishments of the graduating class of 2009 at the Art History Senior Research Symposium.

The graduates will present their research at 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 8, in O'Shaughnessy Educational Center auditorium. A reception in the lobby gallery will follow the presentations.

Research presentations will be given by:

  • Kristine J. Haverstock – "The Francis W. Little House: Journey of a Frank Lloyd Wright Design From Demolition Through Reconstruction," Dr. Victoria Young, faculty adviser
  • Andrew J. Herkert – "The Maiden Voyage: Development of Parthenoi Identity in Seventh-Century Figurines and Statuettes," Dr. Mark Stansbury-O'Donnell, faculty adviser
  • David M. Hildebrand – "Wu Zhen: The Man and the Myth," Dr. Elizabeth Kindall, faculty adviser
