Association for Strategic Planning next breakfast talk is April 28
Timothy Brands, president and chief executive officer of iBusiness Solutions, will talk about "Performing the Strategic Plan: How Dashboards Drive Alignment, Empowerment and Action" at the next event in the Association for Strategic Planning spring breakfast series.
The event begins with registration at 7 a.m. and breakfast at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, in Room 202, Opus Hall, Minneapolis campus. Brands will speak from 7:45 to 9 a.m.
Learn how leadership teams use timely actionable metrics from across an enterprise to gain alignment on goals and achieve business results. This program describes how performance management provides focus and empowers people to take action with examples.
Brands has more than 18 years of IT experience in managing, designing and developing business applications for a wide range of industries. Prior to founding iBusiness Solutions, he was a senior project team member and data warehousing consulting practice manager for an international consulting firm.
Under Brands' leadership, iBusiness Solutions has been fostering success through access to decision-quality information since 1999. As the president and chief executive officer, he is focused on creating opportunities for iBusiness Solutions to become a trusted adviser to executives, a strategic partner to clients and a thought leader within the industry.
Brands holds a bachelor of arts degree from Dordt College, Sioux Center, Iowa, with majors in management information systems, accounting and business administration.
