At Breaking Barriers Conference, learn how to better serve students whose first language is not English

The St. Thomas campus will host the Breaking Barriers Conference for the fifth year this Friday, Jan. 20.

Speakers will present case studies in serving college students whose first language is not English and attendees will have the opportunity to meet higher education professionals from around Minnesota. Space is available for anyone who is interested in learning more about working with this growing population.

Cost is $45 for preregistration 0r $50 the day of the conference. Lunch is included, and some scholarships are available.
