Bishops’ invitations should be handled through President’s Office
Archbishop Harry Flynn, Coadjutor Archbishop John Nienstedt, and Auxiliary Bishop Richard Pates of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis are planning their calendars for the year. Since they receive a high volume of invitations from parishes and other institutions, they ask that invitations for the coming year be made now.
Because their time is so limited and requests for their presence are many, all requests for their attendance at St. Thomas events should be sent through the President’s Office.
Blank copies of the Chancery’s “Request for the Participation of a Bishop” form are available from Karen Hennes, the president’s secretary. Completed forms should be returned to her for review and transmittal.
