Chemistry Club Presents 'Chemistry of Cooking' Tonight

Students from the Chemistry Club, along wth Dr. Eric Fort from the Chemistry Department, will lead a presentation this evening discussing some of the physical and chemical changes involved in the process of cooking. Topics will range from why lobsters change color when cooked to how to make homemade ice cream.

The presentation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, in 3M Auditorium, Room 150, Owens Science Hall. All members of the St. Thomas community are invited to this fun night of demonstrations with the potential to taste a bit of chemistry.
