The Eastern European Club is sponsoring a T-shirt design contest this week.
Designs that incorporate and support the social situation in Belarus are preferred; however, a general design that promotes the Eastern European Club also will be accepted. Read about the civil rights abuses in Belarus on the Amnesty International Web site.
The winner will receive a $20 gift certificate to the UST Bookstore, and the winning design will be featured on club T-shirts, which will be given out at an event to be determined.
The deadline for design submission is midnight Friday, Nov. 13. Designs can either be e-mailed to the Eastern European Club with the subject line "Design Contest Submission," or they can be mailed to Octavia Korczak, Mail #0508.
