We invite you to participate in the university’s 2010 online employee benefits survey. The Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the Fringe Benefits Advisory Committee, conducts a benefits survey each year. Its purpose is to provide UST senior management greater insight into your views about the university’s employee benefits program. This survey is an important step.
Completing the survey should take only 10 to 15 minutes. All responses are anonymous. We have engaged Wells Fargo Insurance Services (St. Thomas’ benefits consultants) to analyze survey data and report the results to us. From these data, our benefits consultant will analyze:
- Your satisfaction with each aspect of our benefits program.
- The specific benefits you believe provide you and/or your family the best value.
- Your understanding of the benefits options available to you through UST.
- Your views about how UST can improve its benefits program while controlling cost.

Participate in this survey and you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a Nintendo Wii console. Details are included at the end of the survey.
