Faculty-staff holiday buffet is Wednesday, Dec. 5
A faculty-and-staff holiday buffet will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, in the Faculty-Staff Dining Room, second floor, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Cost is only $6.25.
Here is the menu:
- Assorted salads
- Ham and turkey
- Mashed potatoes and gravy
- Sweet potatoes
- Green bean casserole
- Rolls and butter
- Christmas cookies
- Hot apple cider
