Faculty, students invited to evaluate Enhancement Program-Disability Services
The Enhancement Program-Disability Services provides accommodations to students with disabilities for equal access to all university courses, facilities and programs.
Faculty and students are invited to complete the Enhancement Program-Disability Services’ 2006 evaluation. The faculty evaluation form and the student evaluation form can be found on the Enhancement Program’s Web site. These forms provide an opportunity for faculty and students to give feedback about their experience working with the program.
