Father Dease sends thanks
Father Dennis Dease, St. Thomas president, sends thanks for the many prayers, kind thoughts and get-well wishes from members of the St. Thomas community.
"Thanks to skilled doctors," he writes, "my shoulder is on the mend, but it's the caring support from so many at St. Thomas that has really helped my rapid recovery. I am most grateful."
Dease stumbled on a heaved sidewalk the evening of Nov. 21 while taking a walk near the St. Paul campus, breaking and dislocating his shoulder. He had surgery Nov. 22 to repair it.
