Important Summer Procedures for Financial Aid
Undergraduate financial aid recipients: Beginning this week, the Financial Aid Office will send all paper correspondence to permanent addresses until school resumes in the fall. The permanent address will be used even for students who are enrolled for the summer session.
The Financial Aid Office will continue to send electronic notifications of award for financial aid via the St Thomas e-mail account during the summer months.
The Financial Aid Office strongly recommends that students regularly check their campus mailboxes until leaving campus for the summer and make sure their permanent addresses are correctly on file with UST.
Students also are expected to check their St Thomas e-mail accounts regularly during the summer.
