Grammy Winner Terrance Simien to Perform, Lecture Feb. 15 on Campus

The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, in collaboration with UTS's Black Empowerment Student Alliance, the African Nations Student Association, and with support from the Multicultural Student Services, will host Grammy Award-winning musician Terrance Simien on Tuesday, Feb. 15, for an exclusive and intimate lecture and demonstration. Simien will share his musical journey of Zydeco, New Orleans funk and reggae-flavored Afro-Caribbean sound and how it ties into his roots and musical legacy.

The lecture and demostration begins at 8 p.m. in Room 304, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.

This event is free and open to the public. Food will be provided.
