Great Books Reading Group to discuss The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis
St. Thomas' Great Books Reading Group will discuss The Screwtape Letters, by C.S. Lewis, on Tuesday, May 12 (note change of day).
The group will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. in Room 388, Owens Science Hall.
The Great Books Reading Group tentative schedule:
- Wednesday, June 10: Farm: A Year in the Life of an American Farmer, by Richard Rhodes
- Wednesday, July 8: Will in the World: How Shakespeare Became Shakespeare, by Stephen Greenblatt
- Wednesday, Aug. 5: The Portrait of a Lady, by Henry James
Everyone is welcome; refreshments are served. The books are available in the University of St. Thomas Bookstore. Look for the Great Books poster near the customer service desk.
