If you missed this year's UST Christmas concert

If you missed this year's UST Christmas concert …

Listen to Christmas week radio broadcasts and/or purchase a concert CD.

More than 3,600 people attended two performances of this year's St. Thomas Christmas concert, "Noel! Sing We Noel!" Dec. 2 at Orchestra Hall.

A recording of the concert will be broadcast at noon Saturday through Tuesday, Dec. 22-25, on Relevant Radio, 1330 AM, in the Twin Cities. The station's "Christmas in Our Town" program will feature recorded Christmas performances by selected local Catholic schools, including St. Thomas. See the complete schedule here.

You're also invited to order a CD of the concert for $15. To reserve your copy, print and complete the order form here and mail with your check made payable to "University of St. Thomas" to the UST Music Department, Mail BEC9, 2115 Summit Ave., St. Paul, MN 55105. CDs will be mailed in January.

The concert featured seven of the university's vocal and instrumental ensembles – Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Liturgical Choir, Women's Choir, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Brass Choir and Handbell Choir – in a program of carols and traditional and contemporary music for the Advent and Christmas seasons.

The event raised funds for St. Thomas music ensembles' international performance tours. The concert's move to Orchestra Hall this year enabled its audience to grow by more than 1,200.
