In an interview with KSTP-TV, law professor Rachel Moran commented on the first-degree murder charge added against former police officer Kim Potter by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.
The first-degree charge for the former Brooklyn Center police officer comes in addition to an earlier second-degree charge in the death of Daunte Wright.
