Thomas Hickson, professor of geology in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of St. Thomas, appeared on KSTP’s “Minnesota Live” to talk about the fascinating world of geology with a closer look at the Laurentian Divide. The divide, which runs through Minnesota, separates the Hudson Bay watershed to the north from the Gulf of Mexico watershed to the south and the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence watershed to the southeast.
