The official census date (10th day) for summer and fall 2011 has passed. The Academic Reporting Center (ARC) has compiled the census data into the reports listed below, which staff and administrators use to respond to mandatory external reporting.

- Fall 2011 Census (10th day)
- Fall 2011 Student Profiles (all students)
- Fall 2011 UG Cohort Factbook (new first-time, first-year [undergraduate] students and new transfer students)
The ARC website contains access to these reports, which are stored on the Institutional Effectiveness sharepoint site. Individuals with a current UST email address may access the reports. Those visiting the Institutional Effectiveness sharepoint site for the first time will need to verify their information. Make sure to enter your entire UST email address, including @stthomas.edu, and your network password. This validation is good for UST network computers. Those who log in from off campus will be asked to validate each time they attempt to access the sharepoint site.
In the coming weeks watch for additional publications (Data Factbook, Retention and Graduation Factbook, Survey Factbook, Tommie Almanac, etc.) to be added to the Institutional Effectiveness sharepoint site.
