Major construction projects on Interstate 94 May 18-21 will affect travel to University of St. Thomas commencement ceremonies.
Interstate 94 will be closed west and east of the university. Motorists are advised to check both the Minnesota Department of Transportation and Metropolitan Council websites for details, and allow extra time to travel.
