So you didn't sign up to be a teeter-totter marathoner, but you can still contribute to the cause – the Tubman Family Alliance. A jar for donations will be available throughout the Ireland Hall Teeter-totter Marathon.
The marathon began Sunday and will run through noon Wednesday, April 28. Look for the teeter-tottering marathoners and the donation jar at these times and locations:
Monday
- 7 a.m.-4 p.m. – lower quad
- 4 p.m.-7 a.m. – south entrance to Ireland Hall
Tuesday
- 7 a.m.-4 p.m. – lower quad
- 4 p.m.-7 a.m. – south entrance to Ireland Hall
Wednesday
- 7 a.m.-noon – lower quad
The Tubman Family Alliance supports programs that help families heal from the damaging effects of domestic violence, chemical abuse, mental health issues and other forms of family distress.
