Spinning – Noon-12:45 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
Spinning is a great way to get in a vigorous workout through burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. Spinning is for everyone from the beginner to the highly experienced exerciser. This class provides a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels. The instructor incorporates basic to intermediate techniques with a focus on proper form, and offers more challenging options for experienced participants.
