James Ewer wins Tommie Award
I am delighted to announce that James Ewer has won the 2009 Tommie Award.
James Ewer
Ewer is an outstanding senior who has been involved in many aspects of St. Thomas student life, including the Dease Scholars Program, VISION trips to Guatemala and White Earth, and service as resident adviser in Ireland and Brady halls. His previous honors include Academic All-American and All-American Track and Field. This season he is a track captain participating in the long jump.
Ewer is majoring in leadership and management with a minor in psychology. He represents the essence of the Tommie Award as a committed student who was selected for his commitment to St. Thomas, academics, leadership and his community.
Ewer was chosen by students, faculty and staff from a field of three exceptional final candidates.
