Join the Women's Choir and perform in concert five times a year
By Carroll Gonzo
The Women's Choir is made up of singers from auditioned freshmen through seniors, primarily all nonmusic majors but with some public or private school music background. The group sings in five or six concerts a year of music from many genres and foreign languages.
Membership in the Women's Choir includes free fine arts credit and free voice lessons for freshmen. The Women's Choir meets from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 30, the choir room, in Brady Educational Center.
If you are interested in registering for the spring semester, I need to visit with you and conduct a brief audition, all of which would take about 10 minutes. My office is located in Room 101, Loras Hall, and you can arrange an appointment with me via e-mail or phone, (651) 962-5832.
Let me know if you have questions.
