The new LCD display in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center, usually stationed outside Coffee Bené, will now incorporate images hand-picked by the Photo Services staff of University Relations as part of its rotation of informational slides.
But the real story here is that the images are being fed directly to the display from the university's new image management system, Asset Bank. Photo Services can tag images directly in Asset Bank, and library patrons will see them pop up on the screen a short time later.
