Locations on and off campus accept eXpress card funds
St. Thomas eXpress accounts are debit plan spending accounts available to registered students, faculty and staff. To open an account, just fill out an eXpress Account Agreement form. These are available at the Card Office on the St. Paul campus, at the Public Safety Desk in Minneapolis, or they can be downloaded from the Card Office Web page.
Students may prepay the amount, or have it charged to their tuition accounts. Prepayments of $50 or more are eligible for a bonus.
Faculty and staff must pre-pay or use a payroll deduction, and all deposits are eligible for a bonus. Get an eXpress Card Deduction Authorization form from the Payroll Department Web page.
