LOTT scholarships available for undergraduate UST women

Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT) is a program of the League of Women Voters Education Fund. The 2007 LOTT conference, "Women Making a Difference in Public Policy," is a conference where participants will meet Minnesota women leaders from the state legislature, courts, media and interest groups. Participants will attend skill-building workshops and a mentorship lunch with women involved in public policy.

The conference is designed to encourage undergraduate college and university women to participate in politics and public policy. Seminar dates are Jan. 11-13, 2007. Seminar locations include the Minnesota State Capitol complex and the Holiday Inn East in St. Paul.

The University Committee on Women Coordinating Council is able to offer six (and possibly more) scholarships for UST undergraduate women to attend the 2007 LOTT conference. Five copies of the completed application as outlined below must be sent to the UCW Coordinating Council at Mail #4075, or dropped off at the Luann Dummer Center for Women in Room 103, O'Shaughnessy Educational Center.
