Master's Pub on 'My Two Cents: Finances and the MBA' is Sept. 28

Graduate business students are invited to the first event in the Master's Pub series of business conversations. A discussion on "My Two Cents: Finances and the MBA" will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in Room 252, Terrence Murphy Hall, Minneapolis campus. Light food and beverages will be available.

Leading the discussion will be Chris Farrell, economics editor for "Marketplace Money," a weekly one-hour personal finance show syndicated nationally on public radio by American Public Media. He is also economics correspondent for the business program, "Marketplace," and the documentary unit, "American RadioWorks." He is contributing economics editor at Business Week magazine and the author of two books: Right on the Money: Taking Control of Your Personal Finances and Deflation: What Happens When Prices Fall.

This event is the first in an ongoing Master's Pub series.
